Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Helping Restore Ability. The first step in becoming a volunteer is to review our volunteer opportunities (see below) and complete a volunteer application. The completed application can be returned in person or via mail to Rosalie Crain, Chief Human Resources Officer at 4300 Beltway Place, Suite 130, Arlington, TX 76018. Safety and confidentiality of staff, clients, and other volunteers are our top priority; therefore our application process includes a criminal background check.

We are looking for volunteers for translation and

interpreter services.

Service needs range from simple document translations to
interpreters for our clients. If you are proficient in both
English and one of the languages listed below, please consider
volunteering with us:

Arabic

Chinese Traditional

Chinese Specific

Spanish

Vietnamese

INFORMATION AND REFERRAL:

Provide information and referrals to callers needing assistance centered around individuals requesting information and/or services that Helping Restore Ability provides or other services that could be available.

OFFICE SUPPORT:

Assist with mailings, data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as assigned in multiple departments.

FUNDRAISING/SPECIAL EVENTS:

Participate in planning and execution of fundraising events.
